Read the following instructions carefully before going to Step 1 of online application form.
1. Online Registration is a Two Step procedure.
2. Read the information brochure carefully for eligibility criteria for
age, qualifying degree, GATE Score discipline.
3. Step 1 of registration requires some of your personal details like
name, category, gender, qualifying degree, written test centre,
subject and email address.
4. Enter your name as in class X Board Examination.
5. Please enter valid, active and unique email address. You
will receive all further communication on this email address.
6. After successful completion of Step 1 of Registration, you will
receive an email message giving an activation link to proceed for
Step 2 of Registration Process.
Read the following instructions carefully before going to Step 2 of online application form.
1. Do not use any special characters in Postal Address, College
Name, and University Name.
2. Read the information brochure carefully for eligibility criteria for
age, qualifying degree, GATE Score discipline.
3. For Science Post Graduates, minimum 60% marks are
mandatory in MSc and also in BSc Examination.
4. Last Attended Semester means the last semester upto which the
result is available.
5. Transaction Number – It is the Challan Number given by
State Bank of India after payment of application fees. It
should be maximum 11 digit number. Add leading ‘0’s to
transaction number if it is less than 11 digits to make it 11
digit number.Candidates who qualify for Selection Interview
and who are not exempted from payment of application fee, will
not be interviewed unless they produce the copy of challan.
Please do not send any document to us. Please do not send
Institute’s copy of the challan for payment of fees.
6. After successful completion of Step 2 of Registration, You will
receive an email stating your Application number.
7. You can login to your account using Application number as User
ID and the password given in Step 2 of registration. Here you
can edit, view and print your profile. You can change the
password also.The Net Form/ Hall Ticket that you see on logging in is
the admit card for those who have opted for written test and such candidates
should take a print out of this form and carry it with them to the venue
of written test. In case of loss of password,
a new password may be generated by clicking on the ‘forgot password’
link on the candidate login page.
8. Please note that candidates who submit false or incorrect information will not be
interviewed, in case they qualify for Selection Interview, if they are
found not to meet the eligibility requirements of the OCES/DGFS-2013
